Caterina was born in Bologna on December 21, 2003. She began her career as a model before enrolling in acting classes at the Teatro Colli school, quickly developing a strong passion for acting and cinema.

In 2023, she landed her first major role, starring as the female lead in the film Il Fabbricante di Lacrime, which was released the following year on Netflix and rapidly gained international success. The project brought her widespread recognition and allowed her to further refine her craft through advanced training and workshops.

That same year, she attended courses led by Michael Margotta, Paul Haggis, and trained in the Meisner technique with James Price. In 2025, she starred in two Rai series: Belcanto, alongside Vittoria Puccini, directed by Carmine Elia, and Noi del Rione Sanità, alongside Carmine Recano, inspired by the true story of Don Antonio Loffredo.
